Gavin Mailer Howat
It is with enormous sadness that we announce the passing of our colleague and dear friend Gavin Mailer-Howat. He had fought a year-long battle with cancer. In true character he remained optimistic and upbeat to the end, thankful for the support and love shown by his many friends. He made the most of these last months spending time with his family and in particular enjoying being a recent grandfather.
A colleague of mine for 18 years, I am hugely grateful for the privilege of knowing him. He was respected by his peers, clients and investors, he had formed many friendships in the industry and will be sorely missed.
