Daniel Roddick

Partner 

Daniel Roddick founded Ely Place Partners in 2018, an independent private equity placement and second advisory specialist. Prior to this he ran the placement business of EPIC Private Equity. Daniel has 20 years of experience in corporate finance and private equity advisory. Daniel formerly worked at Campbell Lutyens where he assisted in raising private equity funds, on the sale and restructuring of private equity assets, and led the marketing of funds across the Nordic region. Before Campbell Lutyens, he was at McKinsey and Co., working in the Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice. Daniel read Engineering, Economics and Management at Oxford University, has an MA from Royal Academy of Music and is a CFA charter holder.

Francois Bouillon

Partner 

François has 12 years of private equity experience. His latest position was as Principal within ODDO-BHF Private Equity investing in secondary opportunities. Prior to that, he worked for BNP Paribas Capital Partners as a Senior Associate in the FoF team and Allstate Investment Management as an Associate. He began his career as an analyst at BNP Paribas Private Equity. He holds an MSc in International Management from EM Lyon and graduated with a degree in Law from Panthéon-Assas Paris II University. Languages: French and English.

Helene Schutrumpf

Director 

Helene has over 15 years of experience in financial markets, having started her career in proprietary trading at Merrill Lynch, analysing credit and structured credit products. She has been fundraising for Private Equity funds for 10 years, successfully closing capital for lower mid-market GPs in Europe, Asia and North America. She has also brokered secondary market transactions across a variety of geographies and fund vintages. Helene has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and has passed all three levels of the CFA Exam. She is a German national and represented the German National Team for Basketball in 2003.

Michal Feigler

Michal has 8 years of experience, he worked as Portfolio Manager for Eos Capital in Namibia where he also acted as Head of Strategy and Operations for
one of its portfolio companies. Prior to this he was on the board of Westminster Group, a CEE-focused real estate investor. Michal started his
career as an attorney at Brož & Sokol & Novák, a top-tier litigation law firm in the Czech Republic.

He read law and legal science at Masaryk University, holds a JD from Charles University and an MBA from ESADE. Languages: Spanish, English and Czech.

Nick Parry

Finance director

Nick has over 25 years experience in financial services, 17 of which in private equity. Nick led the London business of a US family office for the majority of his 12 years with Belmont Global Advisors. He also managed the finance and operations of the firm’s suite of private equity fund of funds and other private capital investment vehicles. Nick was a director of the family’s international investment vehicle.
Prior to this, Nick spent five years at PPM Capital (now Silverfleet) as a Senior Investment Accountant, with responsibility for both captive and external clients’ vehicles. More recently Nick has provided accounting and consultancy services to a range of organisations including a Fintech business, a start-up Venture Capital Fund and several charities.
Nick is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant and holds a Practicing Certificate. Nick has a degree in Mathematics with Management from the University of Liverpool.

Roberta Nataf
Senior Adviser

Private equity investor in Europe since 1987, initially with Quilvest for its own account and then with the TCR third party funds. Partner at TCR since
2001. From 2001, private equity investments focused on France. TCR took active majority positions in French SMEs, primarily through buy-out
transactions, with a strong emphasis on build-up strategies. Held several non-exec Board positions over the period. From 2007 handled Investor
Relations for TCR in addition to general management functions. Prior to private equity, completed the Bank of Boston Loan Officer Development
Program and continued as a commercial banker, initially in Boston, then in Paris. Financed several buy-out transactions while working from Boston.From 2007-2019 significant involvement including a Board position, with APIA a French association dedicated to promoting professional and
independent governance practices within SMEs. Born and educated in the USA, BA from Middlebury College (Vermont) and MA from New York University (NY and Paris).
