Infrastructure Investor Network’s Investor Forum in London has come to an end, and Ely Place Partners has been busy!

Daniel Roddick was joined by panellists Francisco Del Pozo from Bestinver, Pantheon‘s Richard Sem, Tim Rees, CFA from StepStone Group on the panel “Documenting the Rise of Infrastructure Secondaries”, which was moderated by Monika Bednarz, FCCA from Lagrange Financial Advisory.

They unpacked the market dynamics that have led investors to increasingly look towards infrastructure secondaries, how fund managers can leverage long-term strategies to differentiate themselves and the further developments the secondaries market needs to continue to mature.

Wrapping up the day, Adrián López de Armentia, EFA led proceedings at the infrastructure secondaries roundtable, exploring the latest trends and sentiment around GP- and LP-led secondaries, pricing structures and the new developments in the infrastructure space. We enjoyed having the forum to discuss these topics in a more interactive setting.
