In addition to our placement services, we also offer broader GP consultancy advice including investor relations, pre-fundraising marketing documentation, and project management.
What we do
- The fundraising cycle is a continuous process. GPs need to actively manage their profile in the market and their relationships with key LPs
- Our services therefore cover pre-fundraising marketing, fundraising strategy, documentation and presentation planning, to DD support, closing tactics and investor relations, in addition to our placement services
- Any of these services can be provided either as part of our overall placement service, or on a stand alone basis to complement your existing placement agent or internal IR
How we charge
- Placement is typically charged to the GP as a percentage of funds raised. However, our peripheral services are charged as a fixed cost, depending on the resources required

- We will listen to your pitch, provide feedback, and ask typical LP questions
- Organise presentation training for your team
- We have a network of LPs who will listen to your pitch, provide feedback and rehearse your response to challenging questions
Building your profile during or ahead of a fundraising
- Advice on efficient use of marketing spend
- Sponsorship of conferences, events and trade publications
- Drafting of articles and press release
- Promotion via webcasts and online media
Effective interaction with LPs
- Provide you with a list of who we believe to be the most relevant LPs and whether they are likely to be early movers, strategic investors or followers
- We will help you plan the right approach with each LP Considerations include the time needed to develop a relationship, appetite for co-investment, relevance of any strategic sectors, ESG considerations and public disclosure
- Responding to DD requests and RFPs. Advise you on any queries or negotiations as appropriate
